Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable, are starting to show signs of wear and tear. However, the location is fantastic with a lovely restaurant downstairs and stunning views over St George. The service was a bit inconsistent, from forceful knocks on the door to friendly and accommodating interactions. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy access to key attractions. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, though some toiletries were missing. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were minor issues with payment. The location was excellent, close to main attractions but inconvenient for smokers. Dining was average, with room for improvement in variety. Overall, a decent value for the money.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, especially the executive ones with a coffee maker. It was ideal for an overnight stay, featuring twin queen size beds and a non-smoking room option. Although I was annoyed by the paid internet, it worked well. The service was decent, mostly on time and with good quality. The location is centrally located in the heart of Tbilisi, great for day tours around the area. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety of tasty options. The facilities were overall clean and functional.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious with a good selection of satellite TV channels and my double room had a big king size bed. The view overlooked the square, providing a great view of the architecturally impressive Tbilisi City Hall and the Liberty Monument depicting St George slaying the dragon. The service was top-notch, with the 'All Girls Team' picture hanging in the lobby, a nice personal touch. The location was perfect, putting me within walking distance of Tbilisi's old town and great shopping spots. The dining experience was delightful with an open buffet style and delicious food. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.
